Our service provides a completely impartial source of information involving the placement of the potential resident and does not own, operate or manage any home. Each future resident and/or family is given a number of Personal Care Homes that fall within the categories outlined above. These categories would be unique for the resident's needs.
To ensure appropriate placement, our service provides an assessment of the future resident. This assessment includes the physical, medical, emotional, cognitive and social characteristics as well as fInancial status of the resident.
All Personal Care Homes are assessed and evaluated by us to determine the quality of care and services. Prior to placement, all homes are checked for appropriate State Licensing status. We are proud of the way in which we have been able to keep up-to-date records and rapport with these homes.
We are impartial as to what home you choose. You make the final decision.
